Proprio Direct is the estate agent experiencing the largest growth in Quebec. Having conquered the large Montreal region, Proprio Direct wanted to take on the major market of the national capital. To achieve this, CARTEBLANCHE designed a “Quebec for sale” campaign focusing on the charismatic, daring nature of the Proprio Direct sales force, applied to various historic sites in the region, with notable examples including Château Frontenac and Abraham Plains. CARTEBLANCHE even involved key personalities from the region to help contextualize the campaign and boost its profile.
Following on from this, CARTEBLANCHE moved onto the general public campaign to create a B2B campaign aiming to recruit investors from the region. Investors are crucial players in real estate. Without a successful mass campaign, the overall campaign would not have fulfilled its objectives… but CARTEBLANCHE undoubtedly came up with the goods.
